Yarnstock website terms
Last reviewed: 5 August 2026
Website: https://yarnstock.co.uk
Operated by Yarnstock Festival
1. Using this website
You may use the website to explore Yarnstock 2026, create an account, contact the team and use booking or application services that are currently open. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, misuse another person’s details, or use automated requests that disrupt the site.
2. Accounts and private links
Keep your password and private booking or invoice links confidential. Tell the team promptly if you think an account or link has been misused. You are responsible for checking that the details you submit are accurate and current.
3. Bookings, applications and payments
Prices, availability, deposits, deadlines and the amount due are shown in the relevant journey or invoice. A stall or class-host application is not confirmed merely because it was submitted. Confirmation depends on approval and any requested payment. Camping, glamping and other booking-specific terms shown during checkout also apply.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Never send card details through the contact form or email.
4. Changes and cancellations
Event details, schedules, hosts, stallholders and availability can change for operational, safety or circumstances outside the team’s control. Where a material change affects a paid booking, the team will contact the customer using the details supplied and apply the relevant booking or cancellation terms.
5. Content and intellectual property
Unless another owner is credited, website text, branding, artwork and original materials belong to Yarnstock Festival. You may view and share links for personal use, but you must not reproduce or exploit protected content commercially without permission. Stallholders and class hosts remain responsible for material they supply and must have permission to use it.
6. External services and links
The website may link to Lower Lode Inn, class hosts, stallholders, transport information, social networks and payment or email providers. External services have their own terms and privacy practices, and Yarnstock Festival does not control their content or availability.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the website available, but temporary interruption or occasional error may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, responsibility is limited to losses that were a foreseeable result of failing to use reasonable care or breaking these terms.
8. Privacy, law and contact
The privacy policy explains how personal information and cookies are handled. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If something is unclear or goes wrong, please contact the Yarnstock team so it can be resolved.
